Laboratory is fully equipped with metallurgical equipment & standard accessories for in-house chemical & physical testing facilities.
FETTLING
Full Fledged in-house fettling shop with facilities for arc cutting, gas cutting, swing frames, die grinders, Flexible Grinders, Pneumatic tools, Shot blasting, Sand blasting, Acid pickling and Passivation.
HEAT TREATMENT
Electric resistance bogie hearth type heat treatment furnace stress relieving upto 1100° C and cooling to specifications - solution anneal, anneal, normalise and temper. It has a programme controller with temperature controllers and strip chart records.
CAPTIVE POWER SET- UP
Captive power set-up for uninterrupted power supply and production.
SPECTROMAXX Direct reading optical emmissin spectrometer model.Spectromaxx Machine a hight end LCD spectrometer with matrices configured ferous base & Nickel base with capabality of analysing Nitrogen as element in steel.
